This policy applies to all purchases made through these Sites or any other sales channel we operate.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of KennyMuziq Producer Hub’s services, website, coaching programs, and related offerings (collectively, “Services”). By engaging with us—whether through a consultation, purchase, coaching program, or website visit—you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

 

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for adults (18+) who are musicians, singers, or music producers seeking support in music production, releasing music, and monetization. By engaging with our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable laws in Ontario and your jurisdiction.

 

3. Services Provided

We offer music production coaching, consulting, and guidance on monetization strategies for independent artists. This includes (but is not limited to) personalized coaching calls, consulting sessions, educational resources, and follow-up support. Service details, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Client Agreement, invoice, or purchase confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services with reasonable notice, where permitted by law.

 

4. Payment Terms

Fees for Services are stated at the time of booking or purchase, in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due as outlined in your Client Agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in a suspension of Services or additional fees, where allowed by law. All transactions are final unless a refund is expressly permitted under our Cancellation Policy or required under Ontario consumer protection laws.

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms in your Client Agreement or as required by Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by KennyMuziq Producer Hub—including lesson materials, guides, frameworks, video content, and website materials—is our intellectual property. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes related to our Services but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell it without written consent.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal data in compliance with PIPEDA (Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and other applicable privacy laws.

Your information (e.g., name, contact details, and music-related data) is:

  • Collected solely to deliver and improve our Services.

  • Stored securely and retained only as long as necessary (duration of service plus 1 year), unless legally required otherwise.

  • Not shared without your consent, except as mandated by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we provide proven frameworks and strategies, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as results vary based on individual effort, market factors, and circumstances.

We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, missed opportunities) or issues beyond our control (e.g., technical failures of third-party platforms). Liability is limited to the amount paid for Services, as required by law.

 

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our Services (e.g., reselling lesson materials without consent).

  • Provide false information during intake or payment.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse KennyMuziq Producer Hub or its representatives.

We may terminate Services for violations, with notice where feasible.

 

10. Giveaway Rules

From time to time, KennyMuziq Producer Hub may offer giveaways or promotional contests. Rules will be announced separately, but generally:

  • Eligibility: Open to individuals 18+ worldwide, unless prohibited by law.

  • Entry: No purchase necessary. Entry methods will be announced with the giveaway.

  • Prizes: As described in each giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable.

  • Selection: Winners will be chosen randomly and notified within 7 days.

  • Publicity: By entering, you agree to let us use your name or likeness for promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Void where prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or modify giveaways if necessary.

 

11. Testimonials

12. Class Action Waiver
